For those who are just joining us for the first time, I have created what I think are the five most important steps in becoming a happy person (like myself). The first was to listen to good, uplifting music.
The second step is much more >fill in the blank< childish? Just call me Peter Pan, but I believe that thinking happy thoughts will ultimately lead to a more fulfilling, happier life.
If you haven't done anything but complain about how terrible your life is, then of course you're going to be miserable. I'm miserable just thinking about how unhappy you must be. So next time you go on another rant about all the things that went wrong today, stop. Breathe.
It was just a bad day, not a bad life.
